In 2015, MiniMoves Cirencester were commissioned to coordinate the moves of the Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen offices and also Laurence’s 17th century Cotswold manor house.
The project took over a week to complete as we had to first pack and move the offices before moving onto the house itself. The move proved to be perfect for MiniMoves as access was quite tight and we were able to use our smaller vehicles to get the job done efficiently
Although Laurence was away for most of the week on business we worked closely with his wife Jackie to ensure the move went ahead smoothly. Once all Mr and Mrs Llewelyn-Bowens possessions had been successfully moved to the new property, we were on hand to help Laurence dress the rooms in his trade mark style.
The celebrity couple have left their beloved Cotswold home of 8 years to concentrate on another building project which they hope to complete within the next 2 years and MiniMoves has already been asked to help when the next major move comes along. The next building project is the subject of an upcoming reality TV show and MiniMoves appears in some of the footage. Fortunately all of our staff turned up smart and in their uniforms for the shoot and there were no major blunders. So now we can officially claim, MINIMOVES. AS SEEN ON TV!
“I REALLY DIDN’T EXPECT TO GET ALONG SO WELL WITH THE GUYS ON OUR MOVE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD HUMOURED AND EXTREMELY PATIENT” Jackie Llewelyn-Bowen
Update 26th February 2016
MiniMoves have been asked again to pack and move Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen's house and offices while the building work of their new home continues. It's been a real pleasure working with Laurence's family and team again. The greatest compliment to the service we deliver is a returning customer so thank you.
